Formulas approximating land surface depression resulting from the combination of two geometricalintegral theories: Chudek-Stefański theory and Knothe-Budryk theory are presented. The proposed mathematical formulas have been developed in 2D and 3D spaces. The differences of results obtained from integral formulas and approximating formulas were compared. The presented solutions are used in modeling terrain surface deformation as a result of underground mining operations for the needs of analyzes in construction in mining areas without the need to use integral calculus.
